Overview
The product is made of high quality mineral base oil with high viscosity index and a variety of high quality additives. It has good oxidation stability at high temperature, excellent anti-wear and anti-friction properties and good rust and anti-emulsification properties. It can be used for the lubrication of worm gear reduction drive and gear transmission device. The product quality meets the specification requirements of SH/T0094-91 and MIL-L-18486B(OS).
Performance Characteristics
The product itself has a high viscosity index, no viscosity index improver can form a good lubricating oil film in the temperature range, and shows good shear stability, as well as excellent oxidation resistance and thermal stability, to extend the service life of the oil;
Has a low pour point to provide effective lubrication at low temperature start-up;
The outstanding low friction characteristics can greatly reduce the energy loss caused by the friction of the transmission and improve the mechanical efficiency of the transmission;
Excellent load bearing capacity, suitable for lubricating heavy load transmission;
Excellent steel-steel abrasion resistance and steel-copper abrasion resistance.
