Overview
This product is prepared by deeply refined mineral base oil, adding oil, extreme pressure anti-wear, anti-corrosion and other additives. With high extreme pressure anti-wear performance and low friction coefficient, suitable for low carbon steel, medium carbon steel, alloy steel, aluminum, copper, non-ferrous metal and stainless steel plate, rod stamping, drawing processing. According to product performance and application range is divided into nine grades.

Scope of application
MZ201 is used for light load, high speed and continuous stamping.
MZ202 is used in the processing of copper and aluminum materials with small area but deep stamping depth, such as lighter body;
MZ203 is used for high speed drawing of stainless steel wire, small diameter pipe and bar.
MZ204 is used for stamping and forming of auto parts.
MZ205 is used for fine drawing and small drawing of aluminum wire.
MZ206 is applied to the extremely difficult deep stamping process of large area thick plate;
MZ207 is used for precision extrusion molding of large diameter pipe and profile of aluminum profile extrusion machine.
MZ208 is used for high deformation or high precision stamping of thicker plates;
MZ209 is used in the stamping of thicker bars with high deformation, as well as in the drawing of stainless steel pipes and bars.
